What Does a Full Service Realtor Do?

-Ultimately my role is always to make or save you money on your real estate transaction, and to ‘maxiemize’ your investment

-Be an expert in all transaction phases, especially negotiation on your behalf

-Protect you and your money throughout negotiation/transaction completion

-Offer Information/advice as knowledgeable, yet unbiased real estate consultant

-Specialize in areas adding value to your real estate decision making process

-Assist you in the decision making process by lowering your risk factor and shielding/advising you from problems during the process

-Provide cost/price analysis to help you decide to move or improve, financial implications of the decision, staging your home for sale, providing information on upgrades and improvements needed before buying or selling

-I take at least 60 hours of continuing education per year to keep myself up to date and offer you the latest in ideas, legal necessities, and buyer/seller negotiation techniques, as well as attending countless hours of real estate marketing sessions, speaker forums, and non-credit education

-I am veteran real estate broker, with a high skill and education level to serve you better than an agent with less experience and training
